1. Scope

3. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded via the Digistore24 platform.

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract becomes effective once payment has been successfully completed.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in the respective currency and include applicable taxes where required.

Payment processing is handled by Digistore24 using the available payment methods.

5. Shipping and Delivery (Physical Products)

  • Shipping is carried out from Germany
  • Delivery is available worldwide
  • Delivery times depend on the destination country

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods.

In case of withdrawal:

  • the goods must be returned
  • return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless otherwise agreed)

Products should be returned undamaged and, if possible, in original packaging.

7. Digital Products & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights

For digital products (e.g. downloads, online content, analyses, Zoom calls):

By purchasing, the customer expressly agrees that the execution of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires.

The customer also acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the execution has begun.

This applies in particular to:

  • immediately accessible digital content
  • downloads
  • scheduled services (e.g. Zoom calls)

8. Use of Digital Content

All digital content is protected by copyright.

Customers receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

The following is not permitted:

  • sharing with third parties
  • reproduction
  • public distribution

9. Appointments and Services (e.g. Zoom Calls)

Booked appointments are binding.

Rescheduling is possible if communicated in advance.

Failure to attend without notice does not entitle the customer to a refund.

10. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

All content (e.g. Feng Shui, Chinese metaphysics) is provided for informational and personal development purposes and does not guarantee specific results.

11. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

12. Data Protection

Information about the handling of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

13 Governing Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

14. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
